I started my journey in meditation, yoga and health awareness in 1994. In 2010 I got extensively involved in Vasi Therapy, learning for many years under the guidance of my Teacher Siddha Pal Pandian, an accomplished traditional Siddha Healer from Tamil Nadu - India.

I have a BSS degree from the government of India in Varmam.
